Embracing Goodbye is a 5 piece southern metal/hardcore band out of North Carolina that recently signed with Driven Music Group. EG has been a band for approximately 2.5 years and have played over 250 shows in that time, perfecting their extreme live show and presence on stage. For fans of Every Time I Die, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, Memphis May Fire, and Dead and Divine, Embracing Goodbye brings a raw, dirty guitar driven sound with melodic big choruses and crushing breakdowns mixed in with a southern twist. Attracting awe in almost every aspect of their performance, as well as holding strong to their traditions and roots, Embracing Goodbye maintains a homeostasis of both glass-shattering musical prowess and spreading their non-religious, pro-relationship approach to christianity everywhere they can.
EG has toured with bands such as Inhale Exhale( SOLID STATE RECORDS), Sent BY Ravens (TOOTH AND NAIL RECORDS), as well as shared the stage with such acts as:The Devil Wears Prada, Haste The Day, Emery, August Burns Red, Evergreen Terrace, The Chariot, VANNA, Sky Eats Airplane, War of Ages, He Is Legend, Poison the Well, Madball, Terror, Inhale Exhale, Emarosa, I am Ghost, Across Five Aprils, Kill Whitney Dead, The Demonstration, Project 86, Showbread, Kids in the Way, Spoken, The Wedding, Pillar, Classic Case, and many others.
Even The Dogs strive to offer the very best they can with the music they play. Each member of ETD brings with him a very diverse musical background. From old Motown and R&B to the most current of alternative, rock, and metal, it is the hope of the ETD that the listener can get a little taste of each of these musical components within the songs written by the band. Understanding there is nothing original in music today, Even The Dogs sets out to create a blend of musical taste and styles with the hopes of appealing to those who just like good old fashion hard rocking music with a little modern twist.

Crossbreed released their Debut Album through Artemis Records called "Synthetic Division". After heavy rotation on MTV2, MTV-X, and the hour long live special on Music Choice, Crossbreed earned a Billboard Music Award Nomination for best new hard rock video. The band then took their Spark Flying Theatrics on the road with Rammstein, Static-X, and Orgy, in support of the record.
"I recently learned of an interview that Munky gave where he said that I came to KoRn and asked to be taken back in the band. That's definitely not a complete and accurate picture. The full truth is that for about a year, ever since Jonathan publicly said he wanted me back in KoRn, KoRn's managers have been requesting my manager to work on getting me back into KoRn. The calls were initiated by KoRn's managers, not my manager. I shut the door on their requests many, many times over the last several months, through my manager. However, Fieldy personally called me during Korn's last tour in Europe and we talked as friends for a lone time. He also told me if I ever wanted to rejoin KoRn, or open for KoRn as a solo artist, the door was always open. Since Fieldy is sober now and a christian like me, I thought it may be a good idea to visit with Fieldy, a friend of mine, to see what he was up to and what it was all about. I had a great time re-connecting with Fieldy. I mainly went to his house to connect with an old friend. The KoRn stuff we talked about was secondary, but It was discussed. Fieldy thought that Jonathan, Munky, and I should all meet AS FRIENDS; re-connect; and maybe discuss the possibilities. Both Jonathan and Munky refused that meeting. I learned a lot visiting with fieldy. I learned that I love and miss my friends, but the visit confirmed to me that I have a different calling in life than to reconnect musically/professionally.
As far as Munky's comment that "everything has been divided already" that is also not accurate. In fact, from January 2005 when I left, and for the next 4 years, KoRn failed to pay to me royalties that were due me on records that I did with them. However, I don't believe this was done intentionally. We are trying to be patient and work with their management to get the financial issues resolved so that "everything can be divided as we agreed long ago in our contracts." I am optimistic that we can resolve it as friends.
I continue to wish nothing but the best for KoRn, and that includes all of my friends there--Fieldy, Jonathan and Munky.

Crossbreed New Album:
Crossbreed released their Debut Album through Artemis Records called
"Synthetic Division". After heavy rotation on MTV2, MTV-X, and the hour long
live special on Music Choice, Crossbreed earned a Billboard Music Award
Nomination for best new hard rock video. The band then took their Spark
Flying Theatrics on the road with Rammstein, Static-X, and Orgy, in support
of the record.
In part due to the bands highly theatrical stage personas, Crossbreed
ultimately teamed up with legendary Kiss manager Bill Aucoin in 2002.
Crossbreed¹s live shows, which include fire breathing,
grinders, and other stage antics consistently create crowd frenzies, and
have led several venues to claim that the band incites riots. With the style
of Crossbreed¹s live shows, and the banning of its performances at several
venues, Bill Aucoin knew he had a new band to continue his Kiss legacy with.
In 2008 the band signed on with Driven Music Group, Co-Owned by former Korn
guitarist Brian "HEAD" Welch. Recording and Producing the effort themselves
in their newly built 2500 sqft. Audio/visual design Studio "The Candy
Factory", Crossbreed has not only established themselves as
artists, but as producers as well. Now armed with a New Album, Crossbreed
will release it's secondrecord (KE101) on May 19th through Driven Music
Group.

Former KORN Guitarist Holding Open Auditions For Bandmembers:
Brian “Head” Welch has seemingly reconsidered holding closed-only band auditions; opting instead to allow anyone with talent the chance to audition for a spot in his band.
